Indian desserts are commonly known as Mishti or Mithai are the life line of any get together, parties, wedding occasions or ceremonies. In most parts of India sweets are first offered to God before serving it to others. There is a vast variety of Indian Desserts. While in eastern India chena based desserts are most popular in North India Khoya(thickened milk) based, Ladoos, Halvas, Kheer, Burfis etc are very popular.
