Fruit skewers are a good way to attract kids to eat fruit. It is also a good option to serve fruits in the parties. For fruit skewers you can use the fruits as per season or availability. Make sure to use fruits of different colors to have a nice and attractive color contrast.

Ingredients

  • Banana
  • Green grapes
  • Red grapes
  • Peach
  • Strawberries
  • Mint leaves

For Serving

  • 4 inch long bamboo skewers

Method of preparation

  1. Soak bamboo skewers in the water for 10-15 minutes before you use them.
  2. Peel and cut banana into ½ inch thick slices.
  3. Wash the grapes and wipe on kitchen paper.
  4. Wash and cut peach into an inch pieces.
  5. Wash and hull and cut strawberries in two parts.
  6. Wash the mint leaves.

Serve immediately. You can sprinkle a bit of chaat masala if you wish.
