    Ingredients 
      (makes about ¾ cup
 
    
     
      
      - Green cardamom  1 tbsp
- Big   Cardamom   1 tbsp
 
- Clove 1 tbsp
 
- Black   pepper 1tbsp
- Nutmeg      ½ 
 
- Bay leaves     8-10
 
- Cinnamon   sticks 1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds 1tbsp
 
- Mace          1 tbsp
 
- Carway seeds 2 tsp
 (Kala jeera)
Method of preparation 
      - Dry roast all the ingredients for 2-4 minutes.
 
- Grind   all  the ingredients in the grinder.
Store Garam Masala in   the airtight container.
      
     
    
Tip: I prefer little coarse masale  but its your choice; you   can make fine powder too.
