Absolutely delightful food. Every single bite was like a party in my mouth. The pineapple curry is truly something special; however, every dish was incredible.

10/10 would recommend to anybody.

Namaste Sanjay ji, it is so good to see your message after a long time. I also use basmati rice in khichri here in USA. In India, we have many small rice varieties which are aromatic and easy to digest, which we don't find here. Sona masoori rice takes longer to cook so I don't like to mix it with lentils. Hope it helps!

Namaste Shuchi ji,

Hope that you are having a great summer despite the restrictions that pandemic has placed it. I wanted to ask you which rice we can use it for making khichri. In India, we use a rice which is not fine and flavorful like basmati rice. I have used sona masoori rice (that people use it in Sourhtern India) but it comes in big bags and we don't need it that much. Thanks and best regards, Sanjay
